Far Away Day is the latest Smooth Jazz CD realeased by the extremely talented sax man Nelson Rangell who once again has delivered a brilliant collection of tracks. I’m confident Nelson Rangell fans, and Smooth Jazz fans alike will be pleased with this one.
Far Away Day literally grabs your attention right from the very beginning with All 'N All and won’t let go until the very last note of the very last song Like No Tomorrow, which is another great track by the way.
These days it’s a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.
While this entire album is outstanding some of my favorites are track 3, Reasons, track 5, Rainbow Seeker, and track 8, Welcome Home.
My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 9, Then I Knew. It’s a great track!
